  • Search Engines and E-Commerce provides an overview of different types of Internet search engines and various Internet search techniques, including Boolean operators.   • Networking, Protocols, LANs and WANs provides an overview of basic networking concepts such as the client/server model, types of networks, network topologies, and major network operating systems. It examines networking protocols and the OSI Reference Model, and discusses LANs and WANS, communication devices, and transmission types and media used in networking.
